A conceptual exploration of waterfront living, The Peninsula imagines a residence shaped by calm geometry, open horizon lines and an atmosphere of quiet refinement. The design investigates how interior and exterior can dissolve into one another to create a space that feels both grounded and dreamlike.
It reflects Loftgarten’s ethos of crafting experiences that sit outside what is typically seen in residential development, including the studio’s ability to create immersive moments and elevated spatial concepts that push beyond convention. The Peninsula is a study in how vision can evolve into a refined and emotionally resonant architectural experience.
